OMT Group: Italian precision hydraulics

For over 55 years, OMT Group has been designing and manufacturing hydraulic components at its plant in Calvenzano, in the province of Bergamo. In 2022, the merger between OMT S.p.A. and LUEN S.r.l. consolidated the entire hydraulic component supply chain into a single industrial entity: from coupling adapters to filters, from heat exchangers to accumulators, from the LUEN line’s on-off and control valves to flanges, fittings, and CETOP blocks from the historic ESSEGI division.

The product range covers six integrated product families. Balance, shut-off, maximum pressure, and flow control valves cover pressures up to 350 bar and flow rates up to 300 l/min, in cartridge, in-line, flanged, or CETOP manifold configurations. Bladed, diaphragm, and piston accumulators are manufactured in carbon steel or stainless steel, PED-certified in Modules B and D, and also available in special welded-bladed versions with ASME U-Stamp marking. The filter range covers the entire circuit architecture: suction, return up to 20 bar (OMTF and OMTP series), medium and high pressure up to 315 bar (HPB series) and 320 bar (HMM42 series), with filtration ratings up to 3 µm. Aluminum air-oil heat exchangers handle flow rates from 2 to 800 l/min at pressures up to 25 bar; the SA series water-oil shell-and-tube heat exchangers offer heat exchange surfaces up to 30 m².

OMT Group operates under a UNI EN ISO 9001:2015 certified quality system and a production process recognized as Industry 4.0 since 2020. Compliance with REACH, RoHS, and Conflict Minerals regulations. The entire range is manufactured in-house in Italy, with a technical department capable of developing customized products through the Made For You program: a dedicated channel for managing non-standard orders in the marine, steel, oil & gas, industrial press, and earthmoving sectors.
