Certified Commissioning

TFS Oleodinamica manages the commissioning phase of hydraulic systems: calibration of operating and safety pressures, adjustment of proportional controls, verification of dynamic performance, and operator training. Each commissioning concludes with a signed technical report.

Commissioning Phases

1. Pre-startup check – inspection of connections, oil levels, filters, and electrical system
2. Initial pressurization – low pressure with visual inspection of all seals and fittings
3. Valve and pressure calibration – adjustment of safety valves, operating pressures, and nominal flow rates
4. Adjustment of proportional controls – calibration of ramps, gains, and verification of the complete operating cycle
5. Testing under nominal conditions – complete performance test and preparation of technical report

Bosch Rexroth test bench and certification

TFS technicians responsible for commissioning are trained directly by Bosch Rexroth and use calibrated measuring equipment. Each startup is documented with a technical report that includes the set values and the results of the functional test.
