Certified overhaul of hydraulic components

The TFS overhaul includes complete disassembly, ultrasonic cleaning, measurement of manufacturer tolerances, replacement of out-of-specification components with original or certified cross-reference parts, and final functional testing. The component is restored to its original performance with a written warranty.

The overhaul process

1. Receipt and diagnosis – visual inspection, recording of nameplate data and input parameters
2. Disassembly in a clean room – cataloging of each component with photographic documentation
3. Wear measurement – comparison with the manufacturer’s design tolerances (original datasheet)
4. Parts replacement – replacement of gaskets, pistons, bushings, and non-compliant components with certified original parts
5. Assembly and testing – parameter calibration and functional bench testing with technical report

Bosch Rexroth-certified test bench

The TFS test bench is Bosch Rexroth-approved for the final testing of every overhauled component: verification of flow rate, differential pressure, seals, and performance curves. The test report is delivered to the customer along with the component.
