The Certified Excellence (CE) Service Partner program is the highest recognition that Bosch Rexroth awards to authorized service centers worldwide. It is not merely a commercial agreement: it is a technical certification attesting to the ability to sell, install, maintain, and repair Rexroth components in accordance with the manufacturer’s own quality standards.

TFS Oleodinamica has earned the Certified Excellence Service Partner designation—the program’s highest level—in recognition of years of investment in technical training, certified workshop equipment, and a team specialized in Rexroth systems. In Italy, very few companies in the hydraulic sector share this distinction.

For industrial customers, this means a concrete guarantee: every Bosch Rexroth component sold, installed, or repaired by TFS meets the same quality standards as the original manufacturer, with traceable test documentation and certified technical staff.

Bosch Rexroth CE Partner Certification Levels

The Bosch Rexroth partner program is structured across three progressive levels, each with increasingly stringent technical, commercial, and quality requirements:

• Authorized Service Centre – access to original Rexroth parts and technical documentation
• Certified Service Partner – certified technical training, approved test bench, documented repair capabilities
• Certified Excellence Service Partner – highest level: technical team with certifications updated annually by Bosch Rexroth Italy, state-of-the-art equipment, ISO 9001 quality processes integrated with Rexroth guidelines, test reports compliant with the manufacturer’s standards

TFS operates at the Certified Excellence level. Every Bosch Rexroth component repaired or overhauled by TFS leaves the workshop with test documentation equivalent to that of the original manufacturer: pressure test, flow test, leak test, noise and vibration measurement.

Bosch Rexroth Hydraulic Pumps

TFS handles the entire range of Bosch Rexroth axial piston pumps: A4VSO, A4VG, A10VSO, A10VO, A11VO, A7VO, and A2FO series. Sales of new components, certified repairs, and complete overhauls with an approved test bench. Main applications: heavy industry, oil & gas, marine, steel industry, earthmoving machinery.

Bosch Rexroth hydraulic motors

Axial piston motors of the A6VE, A6VM, and A10FM series, and radial piston motors of the MCR series. MCR motors are the industry standard for low-speed, high-torque applications: marine, steel, and mining. TFS has the specialized equipment for the complete overhaul of all these models, with testing on a dedicated test bench.

Hägglunds is the Bosch Rexroth business unit dedicated to large-displacement radial piston motors (CB, CA, and VINDUR series): the industry standard for ultra-high-torque applications in paper mills, mills, mining, and heavy marine applications. Bosch Rexroth Valves

Directional control valves (4WE, 4WEH), proportional directional control valves (4WRKE), proportional pressure valves (DBE, DBEM), maximum pressure valves (DBW), logic elements, and cartridge valves (FES, LC). TFS supplies new components, performs complete overhauls, and offers technical consulting for replacement and upgrades to proportional versions or electro-hydraulic servo valves.

Bosch Rexroth Hydraulic Power Units

Design and manufacture of hydraulic power units (HPUs) using Bosch Rexroth components as the primary choice. The TFS process follows ISO 9001 procedures: requirements gathering, hydraulic design, manufacturing, certified testing on a test bench, and a complete technical dossier. From compact power units to high-power industrial HPUs for oil & gas and steel industry applications.

Bosch Rexroth Hydraulic Cylinders

Standard and custom-designed hydraulic cylinders with Rexroth components. TFS manufactures high-pressure welded cylinders for industrial, marine, and earthmoving applications, complete with technical documentation and testing according to customer specifications.

Certified Rexroth Service

The certified repair and overhaul service is at the heart of the CE Partner qualification. Every TFS intervention on Bosch Rexroth components follows testing procedures approved by the manufacturer. The post-repair defect rate is 2.75%—in line with Rexroth standards. The technical team renews its certifications annually at the Bosch Rexroth Italia headquarters in Milan.

Projects implemented with Bosch Rexroth technology

69.56% energy savings on a plastic injection molding machine – Sytronix system

A company operating in automotive manufacturing needed to reduce the energy consumption of a 55 kW plastic injection molding machine. TFS implemented the Bosch Rexroth Sytronix system, which replaces the traditional fixed-displacement pump with an inverter-controlled variable-speed system.

Documented result: consumption reduced from 19.84 kWh/cycle to 6.06 kWh/cycle, with a 69.56% savings. The Sytronix system reduces consumption to zero during idle phases and adjusts the hydraulic flow rate precisely to the requirements of the molding cycle. Return on investment in less than 18 months.

System Revamping: From Siemens S5 to S7 PLC on a rubber co-molding press

A rubber co-molding press with an obsolete control system (Siemens S5 PLC) caused frequent machine downtime due to a lack of spare parts and diagnostic difficulties. TFS performed a complete revamp: replacement of the PLC with a Siemens S7, upgrade of Bosch Rexroth hydraulic components, and rewriting of the control software using Industry 4.0 logic.

The project resulted in a drastic reduction in downtime, with modern components and remote diagnostics integrated into the customer’s MES system. A concrete example of how revamping with Bosch Rexroth technology extends the productive life of existing systems at significantly lower costs than replacement.

Design of a high-pressure industrial HPU – ISO 9001-certified process

TFS designed and built a hydraulic power unit (HPU) for a high-pressure industrial application, using Bosch Rexroth components—pumps, valves, and a filtration system—as the primary choice for reliability and long-term availability of spare parts.

The process followed TFS’s ISO 9001 procedures: collection of technical requirements → hydraulic design → construction → testing on a certified test bench → complete technical dossier with test certificates. The power unit was delivered with documentation compliant with the customer’s specifications and a warranty on measured performance.
