Powauto PTOs are Hydreco’s standard for industrial vehicles and trucks. Hydreco S.r.l. (formerly OCS Modena) hydraulic cylinders are co-designed. Bores up to 600 mm, strokes up to 12,000 mm, operating pressures up to 600 bar, tested up to 750 bar, NIKROM-HVOF coatings for harsh environments, internal transducers for position control.

Hydreco: Pumps, Valves, PTOs, and Cylinders Made in Italy

Hydreco is a specialist in mobile hydraulics with strong Italian roots. Since 2023, Hydreco has been part of the Daikin Industries group through Duplomatic Motion Solutions, with production facilities in Parma (HY1/HY2/HY3 pumps, site inaugurated in 2021) and in the Modena area (San Cesario sul Panaro and Vignola, formerly OCS, specializing in custom hydraulic cylinders). The Italian subsidiary, Hydreco Hydraulics Italia, has its commercial headquarters in Bologna, at the EIMA exhibition center.

The product portfolio is structured around four technological pillars. The new range of HY1, HY2, and HY3 gear pumps covers three standard series with displacements up to 31.7 cm³/rev (HY2), continuous pressures of 250 bar, and peak pressures of 280 bar. The 033, 035, 4009, and 4109 series directional valves achieve flow rates up to 450 l/min with monoblock and modular configurations. Powauto power take-offs are the standard for European industrial trucks (Mercedes, MAN, Volvo, Iveco, Scania, DAF). Hydreco S.r.l.’s custom hydraulic cylinders cover bores up to 600 mm and strokes up to 12 meters with NIKROM-HVOF coatings for harsh environments.

Hydreco is certified to ISO 9001:2015 and UNI EN ISO 3834-2:2006 for welding processes, a standard relevant to the production of welded hydraulic cylinders. DNV (Det Norske Veritas) approvals for high-capacity Marine & Offshore applications. CE conformity with the Machinery Directive and the PED Directive for pressure cylinders.
