Staffa is a historic Italian brand in the field of hydraulic systems, now part of the Kawasaki Precision Machinery Group. TFS is an authorized service center for the overhaul and supply of genuine replacement parts for Staffa motors in the B, C, HMB, HMF, HMHDB, and HPB series.

Founded in Italy, Staffa has been the European benchmark for medium- and large-displacement radial piston hydraulic motors for decades. The acquisition by the Kawasaki Precision Machinery Group has brought production under a global industrial framework, while maintaining the technical continuity of the historic series and support for the installed base of machines in Italy and abroad.
Staffa B Series – 5 and 7 cylinders
Low-to-medium-range radial piston engines for standard industrial applications. 5- and 7-cylinder versions still widely installed in the Italian machine fleet.
C Series Bracket – Larger Displacements
5- and 7-cylinder radial engines for heavy-duty applications: conveyor belts, mills, heavy industrial plants. Displacements greater than the B Series.
HMB Bracket – Compact Engines
HMB030, HMB045, HMB060/080 family for mobile machines and integrated drives. Compact and robust, ideal for applications with limited space.
HPB and HMF bracket – high pressure and process
HPB150 series for high-pressure marine and offshore applications. HMF200 and HMHDB400 series for continuous processes and heavy-duty systems.

Overhaul, spare parts, and on-site service
TFS overhauls Staffa motors using procedures compliant with the manufacturer’s service manual: disassembly, dimensional inspection of radial pistons and the camshaft, replacement of the original gasket kit, reassembly with specified torque values, and hydraulic testing. We manage the supply of original Staffa spare parts with batch traceability, essential for systems operating in certified sectors (marine, oil & gas, steel). For engines no longer in production, we evaluate technological upgrades to the Hägglunds CA/CAb or CB series, which are compatible with the same mounting flanges where possible.
