Custom HPUs: from design to testing

TFS Oleodinamica manufactures custom hydraulic power units: tanks in carbon steel or AISI 304/316, pump-motor assemblies, CETOP or cartridge valve blocks, heat exchangers, and multi-stage filtration. Each HPU is tested on a Bosch Rexroth test bench prior to delivery.

The manufacturing process

Definition of specifications – flow rate, maximum pressure, duty cycle, installation environment
Mechanical design and P&ID – tank layout, component positioning, and circuit diagram
Procurement – original components from partner manufacturers with batch traceability
Assembly and wiring – mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical in the TFS workshop
Bosch Rexroth bench testing – complete functional test with technical report and certificate of conformity

Every power unit built by TFS is tested on a Bosch Rexroth-approved test bench prior to delivery: verification of flow rate, pressure, temperature, volumetric efficiency, and seals. The test report is included in the delivery documentation.

Components integrated into TFS HPUs

TFS Oleodinamica selects the best components from partner manufacturers for each power unit: top-quality pumps, motors, valves, filters, heat exchangers, and fittings.
