REPAIRS, ASSEMBLY AND TESTING
Repairs have several stages: disassembly and wear check of the components of the unit to be repaired, quotation to the customer with any grinding and lapping work to be carried out and parts to be replaced. Specific equipment is used for assembly, depending on the products used. Testing is carried out using a Bosch-Rexroth dynamic test bench to acquire the data of the unit to be tested after repair.
All test data and values are recorded and stored by the software, and a certificate with the test data is issued at the end of the test.
