This Privacy Policy explains how Tfs Tecno Fluid Service s.r.l. processes personal data of users who visit www.tfsoleodinamica.it (the “Website”) or use the services and forms available on the Website.

This notice is provided under Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (“GDPR”) and applicable Italian data protection law. It applies only to the Website and not to third-party websites, platforms or services that may be accessed through links on the Website.

1.3. Categories of personal data processed

TFS may process the following categories of personal data:

Users are invited not to include unnecessary data in forms or messages and, in particular, not to provide special categories of personal data under Article 9 GDPR, such as health data, political opinions, religious beliefs or biometric data. If such data are voluntarily submitted and are not necessary, TFS may delete them.

Browsing data are necessary for the Website to operate. Providing data in forms is optional, but failure to provide data marked as necessary may prevent TFS from replying. Consent for marketing, profiling and non-technical cookies is always optional and may be withdrawn at any time.

1.5. Cookies and similar technologies

The Website uses cookies and similar technologies. Technical cookies are necessary for the Website to operate and do not require consent. Non-anonymised analytics cookies, advertising cookies, profiling cookies and third-party tools, including services such as Google Analytics, YouTube or similar technologies where present, are used only according to the choices made by the user through the cookie banner or preference management panel.

1.6. Recipients of personal data

Personal data may be processed by:

  • authorised and instructed TFS staff and collaborators
  • providers of hosting, Website maintenance, IT security, technical support, e-mail management, CRM, newsletter, cloud services and web agencies
  • providers of analytics, advertising and embedded content services, where activated and within the limits of the user’s preferences
  • legal, tax, administrative and technical advisers
  • public authorities, judicial authorities or other parties entitled by law, where applicable.

Where these parties process personal data on behalf of TFS, they are appointed as processors under Article 28 GDPR. Personal data are not publicly disclosed.

1.7. Transfers outside the European Economic Area

Personal data are mainly processed in the European Union or European Economic Area. Some technology providers or third-party services, such as analytics, advertising, cloud or embedded content tools, may involve transfers of personal data to countries outside the European Economic Area.

In such cases, TFS verifies that the transfer is based on an adequacy decision of the European Commission or on appropriate safeguards, including Standard Contractual Clauses where applicable, and supplementary measures where necessary.

1.8. Processing methods and security

Processing is carried out by electronic, telematic and, where necessary, paper-based means, in accordance with the principles of lawfulness, fairness, transparency, minimisation, accuracy, storage limitation, integrity and confidentiality. TFS adopts appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against loss, unauthorised access, misuse, disclosure or unauthorised alteration.

1.9. Automated decision-making

TFS does not make decisions based solely on automated processing, including profiling, which produce legal effects concerning the data subject or similarly significantly affect them. If such processing is activated in the future, TFS will provide a specific notice and adopt the safeguards required by the GDPR.

1.10. Data subject rights

Data subjects may exercise, in the cases and within the limits set out by the GDPR, the following rights:

  • access to personal data
  • rectification of inaccurate data and completion of incomplete data
  • erasure of personal data
  • restriction of processing
  • objection to processing based on legitimate interest
  • data portability, where applicable
  • withdrawal of consent, without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before withdrawal
  • lodging a complaint with the supervisory authority.

1.11. Updates to this notice

TFS may update this notice. The updated version will be published on the Website with the date of the latest update. In the event of material changes, TFS may provide notice through appropriate channels.
