TFS assembled and tested, in accordance with RINA standards, a hydraulic power unit for the handling of emergency lifeboats in the marine sector, compliant with SOLAS regulations.

The Challenge

To build an emergency lifeboat lowering system compliant with SOLAS marine safety standards, with assembly and testing in accordance with strict RINA standards.

The Solution and Results

Assembly and testing of a new system using components from leading brands (Bosch Rexroth, ABB, Hydac) and ATEX-certified components. Result: the customer obtained certification for its commercial vessels in accordance with current safety standards.
