About Us
TFS was founded in Battipaglia in 1997 by Angelo Pagano, who still leads the company today. From the very beginning, the choice was clear: to focus exclusively on hydraulics, without branching out into other fields. This specialization was a deliberate choice, not a necessity, built one component at a time on real-world systems. That decision led to a partnership with Bosch Rexroth, which began that same year.
Today, TFS has 30 specialized employees and a warehouse stocked with over 2,000 hydraulic components always in stock. We serve heavy industrial sectors nationwide: Oil & Gas, marine, steel, earthmoving, agriculture, presses, and rail. Our operational philosophy is simple and measurable: rapid response times, because every hour of machine downtime means lost production for the customer.

In industrial hydraulics, certifications are not a mere formality. They mean calibrated test benches, traceable procedures, and genuine replacement parts—the only elements that truly reduce the risk of another machine downtime after a repair.
Bosch Rexroth Certified Excellence Service Partner – since 1997
Partnership active since TFS was founded. Our test bench is certified directly by Bosch Rexroth and allows us to test components according to the manufacturer’s original parameters. We operate as an authorized service center with direct access to spare parts and official technical documentation.
Kawasaki Precision Machinery – since 2024
Authorized repair center for Kawasaki axial piston pumps and motors. This recognition was granted following technical audits of our equipment and staff expertise. It guarantees customers that overhauls are performed using original spare parts and procedures approved by the manufacturer.
Hägglunds – Bosch Rexroth – October 2026
A natural extension of our partnership with Bosch Rexroth, dedicated to Hägglunds high-torque radial hydraulic motors. These components are used in heavy-duty applications such as steelmaking, mining, and heavy material handling, where repairs require specialized equipment and specific training.
ISO 9001 – since 1999
A quality management system certified for over twenty-five years. For the customer, this means one thing: every service is tracked, every component that leaves our facility has a documented history, and every detected anomaly leads to corrective action. Not bureaucracy, but operational memory.
RINA
Certification for the assembly of hydraulic hoses, including burst tests performed in-house according to protocol. Essential recognition for the marine sector and offshore applications, where every hose must meet precise sealing and pressure requirements.
Bureau Veritas
Recognition by an independent third-party body for inspection and verification activities. This allows us to provide customers with test documentation validated by an external entity, a frequent requirement in heavy industrial contracts and agreements with major clients.
EcoVadis Scorecard – starting in 2025
A sustainability rating issued by the EcoVadis platform, which evaluates companies across four areas: environment, labor and human rights, ethics, and responsible sourcing. This certification attests that TFS has measured and documented its ESG performance according to internationally recognized standards.
Open ES – from 2025
A sustainability assessment obtained through the Open ES platform, promoted by Confindustria and the Boston Consulting Group to support Italian SMEs in measuring their environmental, social, and governance performance. A path of continuous improvement that integrates corporate responsibility into daily operational management.
