Description
The Hägglunds Thunder permanent magnet torque motor represents a fully electric path to powerful direct drive with torque capacity up to 200 kNm and 200% overload capacity for 60 seconds. Operating at nominal speeds from 30 to 300 rpm with maximum operating power to 4,700 kW, the Thunder combines high efficiency with very limited maintenance. The motor is available in two voltage classes (380-4160 VAC and 6-10 kVAC) with a complete solution including closed-loop motor cooling and variable-frequency drive control. The integrated sensor package provides full drive status monitoring for enhanced operational visibility.
