Tecno Fluid Service – TFS Srl at the EIMA International 2018 exhibition in Bologna (7-11 November)
From 7 to 11 November, Bologna will host one of the most important trade fairs – EIMA International – where operators from 14 product sectors will present products, services, and innovative solutions to tackle the various problems of the agricultural and agro-industrial economy.
EIMA International takes place every two years and its first exhibition dates back to 1969. The event is organised by FederUnacoma (National Federation of Agricultural Machinery Manufacturers) in cooperation with BolognaFiere. This synergy provides the public with a total area of 375,000 square metres (140,000 square metres is the net exhibition area), for about 1900 exhibitors from 40 countries, with over 50,000 models of vehicles, machinery and equipment on display.
Tecno Fluid Service Srl will be present at the Fair with its own delegation and will take part in EIMA Componenti (Hall 15, Stand A27), the exhibition dedicated to components for agricultural and gardening machinery, a real highlight of EIMA International. This will be an important opportunity to compare notes with more than 800 Italian and foreign companies, also present to propose the most innovative solutions and more than 350 products for first use, spare parts and accessories for mechanics and hydraulics.
Tecno Fluid Service has been operating since 1997 and presents itself at the biennial EIMA exhibition event with its many years of experience in the agricultural sector, offering innovative solutions to various problems concerning hydraulics.
TFS is a business partner of Bosch Rexroth and a customer of other leading companies in various sectors of hydraulics components, including Sauer Danfoss, Casappa, Hydreco, Hydac, Linde, Kawasaki, Parker, Staffa, Commercial Hydraulics and many others. Thanks to these collaborations, TFS is able to offer the following solutions to companies operating in the agricultural and agro-industrial sector:
design and realisation of complex engineering systems
sale of hydraulic solutions, with an assortment of over 2000 products, half of which are available for immediate delivery;
maintenance, repair and rectification of components and systems.
With reference to the last point, i.e. maintenance, repair and rectification of components and systems, TFS knows that a hydraulic system in agriculture is subjected, in addition to the usual wear and tear due to the regular passage of time, to a series of additional problems related to oil filtration and special stress conditions.
To meet the needs of companies in the agricultural and agro-industrial world, TFS has standardised its production processes, so much so that it has been UNI EN ISO 9001 certified since 1999. Thanks to the professionalism of its specialised technicians, TFS proposes an intervention protocol that includes the following steps:
telephone verification with the customer of the possible causes of the problem and recognition of possible solutions;
intervention at the customer’s premises within 48 hours for an in-depth on-site verification of the problem. At this point, it is possible to be faced with two alternatives:
if the solution in point 1 turns out to be correct, TFS will be able to proceed with the instant repair;
vice versa, should the solution in point 1 be incomplete or incorrect, the system to be repaired will be transported to the TFS workshops;
in the event of repair at the workshops of TFS, the time required to return the system to the customer is conditioned by the presence of spare parts in the warehouse, and therefore:
max. 72 hours, in the case of possession of spare parts;
max. 10 days, if the necessary spare parts are ordered.
Thanks to the standardisation of intervention processes and collaboration with the world’s leading companies in the field of hydraulics components, Tecno Fluid Service presents itself at the EIMA 2018 exhibition in Bologna with the right credentials to best compete with its competitors. At the same time, aware of operating in a world that is constantly evolving and characterised by the entry onto the market of innovations from various fields, first and foremost, automation and Information and Communication Technology (ICT), TFS will be present to gather ideas and solutions, forge collaborative relationships and compare notes in order to prepare suitable solutions for this change. All aimed at the continuous improvement of the processes and products on offer.
