IN-HOUSE SERVICES
Repairs, assembly and testing

Repairs have several stages: disassembly and wear check of the components of the unit to be repaired, quotation to the customer with any grinding and lapping work to be carried out and parts to be replaced.
Specific equipment is used for assembly, depending on the products used. Testing is carried out using a Bosch-Rexroth dynamic test bench to acquire the data of the unit to be tested after repair.
All test data and values are recorded and stored by the software, and a certificate with the test data is issued at the end of the test.

As far as hydraulic hoses are concerned, TFS assembles both flexible hoses (from microbore to 3

SERVICES AT THE CUSTOMER'S PREMISES
Maintenance, repairs, flushing and various servicing
With its mobile workshops and appropriate control equipment, TFS intervenes directly at the customer's site. Five teams of qualified technicians, dedicated to external service, guarantee an accurate and rapid maintenance service on any type of hydraulic system.
TFS is able to intervene at its customers' premises in each of the following areas
a. on earth-moving machinery, drills, agricultural machinery and harbour cranes;
b. industrial hydraulic systems for moulding plastics and sheet metal, on installations for steel mills and, more generally, on any type of production plant;
c. naval and offshore assistance: in this field the company has accumulated twenty years of experience working on specialised equipment for exploiting the resources of the marine subsoil, on large ships and on recreational and minor vessels.

One of the factors in the long life of a hydraulic system, and of hydraulic pumps in particular, is the maintenance of the oil contamination level within certain parameters. Flushing mainly involves the piping of hydraulic and lubrication circuits and is carried out with a fluid compatible with the operating fluid.
Flushing is an operation to remove particles, contaminants of various kinds present inside pipes or equipment. By means of appropriate analyses at the customer's premises, it is possible to determine
1. whether or not there are solid impurities or water in the hydraulic oil;
2. define the ageing status of the oil, assessing between the change and regeneration of the lubricant.
To achieve this, the conveying fluid is circulated via pumps to ensure that turbulent flow conditions suitable for transporting contaminants are achieved.
TFS has designed and built modular hydraulic power packs with a flow rate of 1000 litres/minute - 50 Bar to perform flushing for a filtering range from 2 to 30 microns. To achieve this, the conveying fluid is put into circulation via pumps so as to guarantee the achievement of turbulent flow conditions suitable for the transport of contaminants.

DESIGN
TFS designs and manufactures hydraulic power packs according to customer requirements, using hydraulic components of the best brands and employing highly qualified personnel. TFS hydraulic power packs with vertical motor-pump unit and with steel or aluminium tanks allow the most varied solutions thanks to the easy realisation of circuits with CETOP-03 and CETOP-05 modular units.
