En particulier, lorsqu&#x27;un tel syst\u00e8me n\u00e9cessite une densit\u00e9 \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique \u00e9lev\u00e9e pour une r\u00e9ponse dynamique rapide, sa conception doit \u00eatre adapt\u00e9e pour r\u00e9pondre \u00e0 une s\u00e9rie d&#x27;<strong>exigences<\/strong> telles qu&#x27;une acc\u00e9l\u00e9ration optimale, un couple \u00e9lev\u00e9, une vitesse efficace et r\u00e9glable et, enfin et surtout, une efficacit\u00e9 \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique.<\/p>\n<p>En ce qui concerne <strong>l<\/strong>&#x27;<strong>efficacit\u00e9 globale de conversion \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique de la propulsion \u00e9lectrique<\/strong>, les syst\u00e8mes actuellement disponibles varient en fonction de diff\u00e9rents param\u00e8tres : pertes de puissance de la machine, distorsions harmoniques, pulsations de couple, etc.<\/p>\n<p>De nombreux projets de recherche continuent d&#x27;am\u00e9liorer l&#x27;efficacit\u00e9 \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique des syst\u00e8mes hydrauliques et au-del\u00e0, avec diff\u00e9rentes solutions d\u00e9j\u00e0 disponibles sur le march\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Avec les progr\u00e8s technologiques, on observe de nombreuses approches susceptibles d&#x27;am\u00e9liorer l&#x27;efficacit\u00e9 \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique des syst\u00e8mes hydrauliques, telles que les m\u00e9thodes de r\u00e9cup\u00e9ration d&#x27;\u00e9nergie hybride \u00e9lectro-hydraulique, les m\u00e9canismes de sensibilit\u00e9 \u00e0 la charge, les syst\u00e8mes hydrauliques hybrides multi-actionneurs \u00e0 cylindr\u00e9e contr\u00f4l\u00e9e (DC), des vannes de dosage ind\u00e9pendantes, une alimentation bionique \u00e0 plusieurs \u00e9tages, des actionneurs command\u00e9s par pompe, des transformateurs hydrauliques comprenant un moteur hydraulique \u00e0 palettes et une pompe \u00e0 plaque oscillante.[\/vc_column_text][vc_single_image image=\u00a0\u00bb5258&Prime; img_size=\u00a0\u00bbfull\u00a0\u00bb alignment=\u00a0\u00bbcenter\u00a0\u00bb style=\u00a0\u00bbvc_box_shadow_3d\u00a0\u00bb title=\u00a0\u00bbSch\u00e9ma de la machine de moulage par injection\u00a0\u00bb][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]Dans cette dynamique d&#x27;innovation, la collaboration entre <strong>Tecno Fluid Service SRL<\/strong> et <a href=\"http:\/\/www.boschrexroth.com\/en\/xc\/\"><strong>Bosch Rexroth<\/strong><\/a> continue de porter ses fruits. Le <a href=\"http:\/\/www.boschrexroth.com\/en\/xc\/products\/product-groups\/industrial-hydraulics\/systems\/variable-speed-pump-drives-sytronix\"><strong>Sytronix Rexroth Green Power<\/strong><\/a> est le fruit de cette collaboration et l&#x27;\u00e9tude de cas pr\u00e9sent\u00e9e ici en constitue la synth\u00e8se. En effet, en collaboration avec une importante entreprise du secteur automobile (que nous appellerons ici \u00ab Entreprise A \u00bb), il a \u00e9t\u00e9 possible d&#x27;acc\u00e9l\u00e9rer le d\u00e9veloppement d&#x27;une technologie innovante capable de g\u00e9n\u00e9rer des \u00e9conomies d&#x27;\u00e9nergie significatives dans les syst\u00e8mes hydrauliques moteur-pompe des installations de moulage de mati\u00e8res plastiques (\u00ab presses \u00e0 injection \u00bb).[\/vc_column_text][vc_single_image image=\u00a0\u00bb5259&Prime; img_size=\u00a0\u00bbfull\u00a0\u00bb A dans le cadre du projet <strong>Sytronix Rexroth Green Power<\/strong> a permis de r\u00e9unir et de mettre en commun les connaissances issues de trois grands domaines fondamentaux : <strong>le contr\u00f4le<\/strong>, <strong>la m\u00e9canique des fluides<\/strong> et <strong>la technologie des mat\u00e9riaux<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Les comp\u00e9tences en mati\u00e8re de <strong>syst\u00e8mes de contr\u00f4le<\/strong> ont \u00e9t\u00e9 n\u00e9cessaires pour caract\u00e9riser la dynamique de chaque composant, afin de contr\u00f4ler les performances dynamiques, la position, la pression et d&#x27;autres param\u00e8tres d&#x27;un composant ou d&#x27;un circuit donn\u00e9, domaine dans lequel l&#x27;\u00e9lectronique joue un r\u00f4le d\u00e9cisif.<\/p>\n<p>La <strong>m\u00e9canique des fluides<\/strong> a fourni les outils permettant de comprendre le comportement des fluides, les forces exerc\u00e9es par les fluides statiques et dynamiques sur les composants, ainsi que des ph\u00e9nom\u00e8nes tels que le coup de b\u00e9lier et la cavitation.<\/p>\n<p>Le <strong>choix de mat\u00e9riaux<\/strong> pr\u00e9sentant une \u00e9lasticit\u00e9, une duret\u00e9 et des propri\u00e9t\u00e9s de frottement ad\u00e9quates, entre autres, a \u00e9t\u00e9 un facteur d\u00e9cisif dans la conception des composants de puissance.[\/vc_column_text][vc_gallery Sytronix pendant les op\u00e9rations de cycle de pression\/d\u00e9bit permet de r\u00e9duire la consommation de FEM, ce qui g\u00e9n\u00e8re des \u00e9conomies plus importantes.\u00a0\u00bb]Les <strong>r\u00e9sultats<\/strong> de cette collaboration ont permis de d\u00e9passer les limites d&#x27;un circuit classique fonctionnant avec un <strong>onduleur<\/strong>, notamment :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>il ne pr\u00e9voit pas le remplacement du groupe moteur\/pompe<\/li>\n<li>la pompe utilis\u00e9e est \u00e0 d\u00e9bit fixe<\/li>\n<li>il ne pr\u00e9voit aucune r\u00e9troaction car aucun capteur de retour n&#x27;est pr\u00e9vu<\/li>\n<li>le circuit hydraulique de la machine ne pr\u00e9sente pas une configuration all\u00e9g\u00e9e car la variation de la pression et du d\u00e9bit continuera d&#x27;\u00eatre g\u00e9r\u00e9e par les composants du circuit (vannes de limitation et vannes proportionnelles)<\/li>\n<li>l&#x27;absence de surveillance et de r\u00e9gulation des \u00e9tats de faible utilisation ou de \u00ab repos \u00bb pendant les op\u00e9rations du cycle, car l&#x27;installation fonctionne \u00e0 puissance constante pour permettre les variations de pression\/d\u00e9bit par les vannes logiques<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u00c0 l&#x27;inverse, le <strong>Sytronix Rexroth Green Power<\/strong> repose sur la mise en \u0153uvre de diff\u00e9rentes solutions innovantes, parmi lesquelles :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>le remplacement du <strong>groupe moteur-pompe par un<\/strong> <strong>moteur sans balais<\/strong> et une <strong>pompe<\/strong> \u00e0 <strong>d\u00e9bit variable<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>la <strong>pompe passe d&#x27;un d\u00e9bit et d&#x27;une cylindr\u00e9e fixes \u00e0 une pompe \u00e0 cylindr\u00e9e fixe et d\u00e9bit g\u00e9n\u00e9r\u00e9e par le cycle-gramme de la presse<\/li>\n<li>la <strong>partie hydraulique de la machine adopte une configuration plus all\u00e9g\u00e9e<\/strong>, car l<strong>es variations de pression\/d\u00e9bit sont g\u00e9r\u00e9es par le syst\u00e8me Sytronix<\/strong> au lieu des soupapes de limitation de pression<\/li>\n<li>l&#x27;\u00e9tat de <strong>faible utilisation ou \u00ab Green Power sur une presse \u00e0 injection \u00e9quip\u00e9e d&#x27;un moteur asynchrone traditionnel de 55 kW <\/strong>peuvent \u00eatre r\u00e9sum\u00e9s comme suit : la consommation d&#x27;\u00e9nergie pour une heure de travail avec un cycle de 61 secondes est pass\u00e9e de 19,84 kWh \u00e0 6,06 kWh, enregistrant ainsi <strong>une \u00e9conomie d&#x27;\u00e9nergie de 69,56 %
