{"id":4139,"date":"2018-11-09T12:01:03","date_gmt":"2018-11-09T12:01:03","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.tfsoleodinamica.it\/?p=4139"},"modified":"2021-05-03T19:07:09","modified_gmt":"2021-05-03T19:07:09","slug":"lesperienza-di-tecno-fluid-service-nella-progettazione-delle-centraline-oleodinamiche-o-idrauliche-hpu-hydraulic-power-unit","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.tfsoleodinamica.it\/fr\/lesperienza-di-tecno-fluid-service-nella-progettazione-delle-centraline-oleodinamiche-o-idrauliche-hpu-hydraulic-power-unit\/","title":{"rendered":"L&rsquo;exp\u00e9rience de Tecno Fluid Service en tant que fabricant de groupes hydrauliques HPU"},"content":{"rendered":"Tecno Fluid Service pour la conception et la construction de centrales hydrauliques<br \/>\nQu&rsquo;est-ce qu&rsquo;une centrale hydraulique ?<br \/>\nLa centrale hydraulique (HPU) peut \u00eatre d\u00e9finie comme l&rsquo;\u00e9l\u00e9ment de puissance d&rsquo;un syst\u00e8me hydraulique, car elle fournit l&rsquo;\u00e9nergie hydraulique (sous forme de pression et de d\u00e9bit) aux actionneurs.<\/p>\n Sch\u00e9ma d&rsquo;une centrale hydraulique\n<p>Sch\u00e9ma d&rsquo;un groupe hydraulique<br \/>\nLes \u00e9l\u00e9ments d&rsquo;une centrale hydraulique<br \/>\nLes principaux \u00e9l\u00e9ments qui composent une centrale hydraulique sont les suivants :<\/p>\n<p> \tMoteur principal (\u00e9lectrique ou diesel)<br \/>\n \tPompe ou groupe de pompage (\u00e0 cylindr\u00e9e variable ou constante)<br \/>\n \tR\u00e9servoir d&rsquo;huile avec accessoires (indicateurs de niveau et\/ou capteurs, temp\u00e9rature, pression, etc.)<br \/>\n \tUnit\u00e9 de filtration et de refroidissement<br \/>\n \tSoupapes de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 (pression)<br \/>\n \tVannes de r\u00e9gulation de pression et de d\u00e9bit, parfois regroup\u00e9es dans des blocs d&rsquo;acier plus commun\u00e9ment appel\u00e9s collecteurs.<\/p>\n<p>Les centrales hydrauliques permettent donc d&rsquo;entra\u00eener des actionneurs lin\u00e9aires (v\u00e9rins) et rotatifs (moteurs) permettant, selon l&rsquo;application, de r\u00e9guler la vitesse (lin\u00e9aire ou rotative) agissant sur le d\u00e9bit et\/ou la force (force ou couple) agissant sur la pression.<\/p>\n<p>La centrale hydraulique contient un grand nombre de composants qui doivent \u00eatre d\u00e9finis, choisis et dimensionn\u00e9s avec pr\u00e9cision pendant la phase de conception, une phase qui repr\u00e9sente un moment critique pour les entreprises du secteur de l&rsquo;hydraulique.<\/p>\n<p>Ce n&rsquo;est pas le cas des collecteurs, pour lesquels TFS poss\u00e8de des d\u00e9cennies d&rsquo;exp\u00e9rience en mati\u00e8re de conception et de fabrication, souvent sur mesure, en fonction des exigences du client.<br \/>\nLe processus de conception, de construction et d&rsquo;essai des centrales hydrauliques par TFS<br \/>\nTecno Fluid Service, qui op\u00e8re dans le secteur des centrales hydrauliques depuis 1997, a mis en place un processus de conception des centrales hydrauliques bas\u00e9 sur la certification de qualit\u00e9 9001:2008 (https:\/\/www.tfsoleodinamica.it\/azienda\/). Ce processus int\u00e8gre les phases suivantes :<\/p>\n<p> \tacquisition des exigences du syst\u00e8me : une demande de devis est recueillie aupr\u00e8s des clients, dans laquelle sont rassembl\u00e9s les objectifs (concernant principalement le secteur et\/ou le domaine d&rsquo;utilisation) ; les objectifs \u00e0 poursuivre, en termes d&rsquo;efficacit\u00e9, d&rsquo;efficience et de rentabilit\u00e9 ; et, par cons\u00e9quent, les exigences minimales du syst\u00e8me ;<br \/>\n \tTFS pr\u00e9sente un avant-projet \u00e0 partir duquel les aspects techniques sont affin\u00e9s et les aspects \u00e9conomiques n\u00e9goci\u00e9s ;<br \/>\n \tA la fin de la phase de n\u00e9gociation, TFS produit le projet d\u00e9taill\u00e9 dans lequel, en plus de la nomenclature des mat\u00e9riaux utilis\u00e9s, les plans de construction sont \u00e9labor\u00e9s ;<br \/>\n \tLe processus de construction en atelier d\u00e9marre alors et se termine par la r\u00e9ception de l&rsquo;ouvrage.
