La possibilit\u00e9 \u00e0 la fois de transf\u00e9rer des puissances \u00e9lev\u00e9es m\u00eame sur de longues distances et de les g\u00e9rer et les r\u00e9guler a permis sa large diffusion dans divers secteurs.<br \/>\nL\u2019un des aspects \u00e0 prendre en compte est le degr\u00e9 de propret\u00e9 de l\u2019huile hydraulique utilis\u00e9e dans l\u2019installation. Outre le transfert de puissance, l\u2019huile hydraulique a pour fonction de refroidir et de lubrifier tous les composants d\u2019un syst\u00e8me hydraulique. Un degr\u00e9 de propret\u00e9 ad\u00e9quat permet de prolonger la dur\u00e9e de vie des composants et d&#x27;espacer les intervalles de maintenance, des aspects qui rev\u00eatent une importance primordiale, comme le souligne l&#x27;ensemble du plan Industrie 4.0.<br \/>\nToutes les installations hydrauliques sont \u00e9quip\u00e9es d&#x27;un ou plusieurs filtres charg\u00e9s d&#x27;\u00e9liminer de l&#x27;huile les impuret\u00e9s, les r\u00e9sidus m\u00e9talliques et autres substances pouvant s&#x27;y trouver.<br \/>\nLa technique de filtration la plus couramment utilis\u00e9e est celle de la filtration sur le retour. Un filtre, de dimensions appropri\u00e9es, est install\u00e9 sur la conduite de retour du syst\u00e8me et \u00e0 proximit\u00e9 du r\u00e9servoir, dans le but de collecter toutes les impuret\u00e9s qui, en l&#x27;absence de filtre, se d\u00e9poseraient dans le r\u00e9servoir, avec le risque d&#x27;\u00eatre aspir\u00e9es par la pompe.<br \/>\nLorsque l&#x27;on souhaite prot\u00e9ger un composant sur la conduite de refoulement (par exemple, des servovalves) ou lorsque l&#x27;on souhaite intercepter la conduite de refoulement (afin de prot\u00e9ger l&#x27;actionneur), on utilise la technique de filtration en refoulement. Dans ce cas, le filtre aura des caract\u00e9ristiques m\u00e9caniques et des \u00e9l\u00e9ments filtrants diff\u00e9rents de ceux d&#x27;un filtre sur le retour. Il suffit de penser que, sur la conduite de retour, la pression de l&#x27;huile peut atteindre au maximum 2\/3 bars, tandis que sur la conduite de refoulement, la pression est de l&#x27;ordre de plusieurs centaines de bars. Un filtre de refoulement est dot\u00e9 d&#x27;un corps en acier qui doit \u00eatre capable de r\u00e9sister \u00e0 la pression de fonctionnement de l&#x27;installation. Enfin, les cartouches filtrantes ont des degr\u00e9s de filtration sup\u00e9rieurs \u00e0 ceux utilis\u00e9s pour la filtration de retour.<br \/>\nUne autre technique, tr\u00e8s r\u00e9pandue, qui vient g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement s&#x27;ajouter \u00e0 celles que nous venons d&#x27;\u00e9voquer, est celle de la filtration hors ligne. Dans ce cas, un groupe motopompe d\u00e9di\u00e9 est pr\u00e9vu pour pr\u00e9lever l&#x27;huile du r\u00e9servoir et l&#x27;envoyer vers un filtre qui la renverra ensuite dans le r\u00e9servoir. L&#x27;utilisation en s\u00e9rie d&#x27;un \u00e9changeur de chaleur est fr\u00e9quente. Cette technique permet d&#x27;am\u00e9liorer la propret\u00e9 de l&#x27;huile garantie par le filtre de retour et, le cas \u00e9ch\u00e9ant, par le filtre de refoulement.<br \/>\nEnfin, on mentionne une technique mixte dite de retour-aspiration dans laquelle une vanne est ins\u00e9r\u00e9e \u00e0 la sortie du filtre de retour pour g\u00e9n\u00e9rer une contre-pression (d&#x27;environ 4\/5 bars). En amont de cette vanne (et donc en aval du filtre), la conduite d&#x27;aspiration de la pompe est d\u00e9riv\u00e9e. De cette mani\u00e8re, la pompe aspire de l&#x27;huile fra\u00eechement filtr\u00e9e \u00e0 une pression (atmosph\u00e9rique) sup\u00e9rieure \u00e0 celle r\u00e9gnant dans le r\u00e9servoir.<br \/>\nDans certains cas, l&#x27;utilisation d&#x27;un filtre sur la conduite d&#x27;aspiration de la pompe est pr\u00e9vue. Souvent, ce filtre est mont\u00e9 \u00e0 l&#x27;int\u00e9rieur du r\u00e9servoir.
