Qu&#x27;est-ce que l&#x27;ol\u00e9ohydraulique et quels sont ses domaines d&#x27;application ?<\/b><\/span><\/h3>\n<div>L&#x27;ol\u00e9ohydraulique est une technique de transmission de l&#x27;\u00e9nergie m\u00e9canique au moyen d&#x27;un fluide <span class=\" h-lparen\">(huile)<\/span> sous pression. Une application typique pr\u00e9voit deux transformations d&#x27;\u00e9nergie afin de fournir de l&#x27;\u00e9nergie m\u00e9canique \u00e0 l&#x27;arbre d&#x27;un moteur hydraulique <span class=\" h-lparen\">(couple)<\/span> ou \u00e0 la tige d&#x27;un v\u00e9rin <span class=\" h-lparen\">(force).<\/span>L&#x27;\u00e9nergie m\u00e9canique disponible \u00e0 l&#x27;arbre d&#x27;un moteur primaire <span class=\" h-lparen\">(\u00e9lectrique,<\/span> endothermique) est trait\u00e9e par une machine op\u00e9ratrice <span class=\" h-lparen\">(pompe)<\/span> qui alimente le fluide de travail <span class=\" h-lparen\">(<\/span>huile hydraulique), lequel est ensuite trait\u00e9 par une machine motrice <span class=\" h-lparen\">(moteur,<\/span> v\u00e9rin hydraulique) pour \u00eatre reconverti en \u00e9nergie m\u00e9canique. Cette double transformation permet le transfert et la r\u00e9gulation de l&#x27;\u00e9nergie, qui s&#x27;effectuent au moyen de vannes sp\u00e9ciales intercal\u00e9es entre la pompe et l&#x27;actionneur.<\/div>\n<div>Le fluide de travail est mis en mouvement sous forme de pression et de d\u00e9bit, qui d\u00e9terminent le fonctionnement et les performances du syst\u00e8me hydraulique. Le d\u00e9bit est directement proportionnel \u00e0 la vitesse <span class=\" h-lparen\">(lin\u00e9aire\/rotative)<\/span> de l&#x27;actionneur, la pression \u00e0 la force <span class=\" h-lparen\">(force\/couple)<\/span> de l&#x27;actionneur. La r\u00e9gulation du d\u00e9bit et de la pression au moyen de vannes sp\u00e9cifiques permet donc de r\u00e9guler l&#x27;\u00e9nergie m\u00e9canique disponible en sortie de l&#x27;actionneur. Tout cela offre la possibilit\u00e9 de r\u00e9aliser des syst\u00e8mes, m\u00eame de grande puissance, flexibles et offrant de nombreuses possibilit\u00e9s de r\u00e9glage.<\/div>\n<div>Pour simplifier, les principaux composants d&#x27;un syst\u00e8me hydraulique sont : le r\u00e9servoir, le groupe motopompe, le groupe de vannes, les tuyauteries, le syst\u00e8me de traitement de l&#x27;huile <span class=\" h-lparen\">(<\/span>principalement <span class=\" h-lparen\">le<\/span>s syst\u00e8mes de filtration et les unit\u00e9s de refroidissement), les actionneurs <span class=\" h-lparen\">(lin\u00e9aires<\/span> et rotatifs).<\/div>\n<div>Les domaines d&#x27;application sont tr\u00e8s vastes et vont des engins de terrassement \u00e0 l&#x27;industrie et au secteur naval. \u00c0 cet \u00e9gard, on peut citer les tracteurs, les presses, les grues et les syst\u00e8mes de levage de charges lourdes d&#x27;un navire. Dans tous les cas o\u00f9 il est n\u00e9cessaire de transf\u00e9rer la puissance m\u00e9canique d&#x27;une unit\u00e9 primaire puis de pouvoir la r\u00e9guler, l&#x27;ol\u00e9ohydraulique est largement utilis\u00e9e.<\/div>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<h3><span class=\"ace-all-bold-hthree\"><b>2. La conception d&#x27;un syst\u00e8me hydraulique<\/b><\/span><\/h3>\n<div>La conception d&#x27;un syst\u00e8me hydraulique commence par la d\u00e9finition de la ou des charges et des caract\u00e9ristiques m\u00e9caniques requises, afin de pouvoir ensuite d\u00e9finir l&#x27;unit\u00e9 motrice <span class=\" h-lparen\">(centrale<\/span> hydraulique) et le syst\u00e8me de r\u00e9gulation <span class=\" h-lparen\">(bloc<\/span> de vannes).<\/div>\n<div>Plus pr\u00e9cis\u00e9ment, on entend par centrale hydraulique le syst\u00e8me comprenant le r\u00e9servoir d&#x27;huile, le groupe motopompe, le syst\u00e8me de traitement du fluide et les accessoires <span class=\" h-lparen\">(indicateurs<\/span> de niveau et de temp\u00e9rature, indicateurs de pression et autres capteurs). En suivant le parcours de l&#x27;huile le long de la conduite de refoulement de la pompe, on trouve des tuyauteries, des blocs de vannes et des actionneurs. L&#x27;ensemble de la centrale hydraulique avec les tuyauteries, les blocs de vannes et les actionneurs est appel\u00e9 installation hydraulique. Tous les composants d&#x27;une installation doivent \u00eatre choisis ou dimensionn\u00e9s de mani\u00e8re appropri\u00e9e, en tenant compte des exigences de l&#x27;application sp\u00e9cifique.<\/div>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<h3><span class=\"ace-all-bold-hthree\"><b>3. Les probl\u00e9matiques de conception d&#x27;un syst\u00e8me hydraulique<\/b><\/span><\/h3>\n<div>Les probl\u00e9matiques d&#x27;un syst\u00e8me hydraulique sont multiples, m\u00eame si tous les aspects sont li\u00e9s \u00e0 l&#x27;objectif de r\u00e9duction des co\u00fbts d&#x27;exploitation, d&#x27;allongement de la dur\u00e9e de vie et des interventions de maintenance d&#x27;un syst\u00e8me hydraulique.<\/div>\n<div>Ces derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es, les concepteurs se sont concentr\u00e9s sur certains aspects tels que l&#x27;efficacit\u00e9 \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique, la fiabilit\u00e9 et le traitement du fluide <span class=\" h-lparen\">(<\/span>principalement la filtration).<\/div>\n<div>Un autre aspect particuli\u00e8rement important est celui de la r\u00e9duction du bruit.
