Une usure du syst\u00e8me de pilotage, une contamination du fluide ou une d\u00e9rive du transducteur de position se traduisent par des erreurs de positionnement de l&rsquo;axe, des oscillations de pression et des cycles ralentis. TFS intervient sur les servovalves Moog \u00e0 simple et double \u00e9tage, sur les valves proportionnelles Bosch Rexroth \u00e0 commande directe et pilot\u00e9e (avec ou sans r\u00e9troaction de position), sur la gamme \u00e9lectrohydraulique Atos et sur les r\u00e9gulateurs \u00e9lectroniques associ\u00e9s. Le diagnostic s&rsquo;effectue sur banc d&rsquo;essai avec g\u00e9n\u00e9rateur de signaux, mesure de la r\u00e9ponse en fr\u00e9quence, contr\u00f4le de l&rsquo;hyst\u00e9r\u00e9sis et du z\u00e9ro hydraulique, v\u00e9rification du courant de pilotage. La r\u00e9paration n\u00e9cessite un environnement \u00e0 contamination contr\u00f4l\u00e9e : TFS dispose d&rsquo;une proc\u00e9dure de nettoyage par ultrasons et d&rsquo;un montage en atmosph\u00e8re filtr\u00e9e. Pour les installations complexes, TFS int\u00e8gre le r\u00e9glage de la vanne au d\u00e9veloppement ou \u00e0 la mise \u00e0 jour du logiciel de contr\u00f4le, tant en laboratoire que sur site, sur class=\"wp-block-heading\">Diff\u00e9rence entre servovalves, vannes proportionnelles et r\u00e9gulateurs \u00e9lectroniques<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Les servovalves (flapper-nozzle, jet-pipe) garantissent des performances dynamiques \u00e9lev\u00e9es et une grande pr\u00e9cision de positionnement, mais n\u00e9cessitent des fluides de classe de propret\u00e9 tr\u00e8s stricte. Les vannes proportionnelles, \u00e0 action directe ou pilot\u00e9e, sont plus tol\u00e9rantes \u00e0 la contamination et adapt\u00e9es aux applications industrielles standard. Les r\u00e9gulateurs \u00e9lectroniques associ\u00e9s g\u00e8rent la fermeture de la boucle de r\u00e9gulation. Le choix d\u00e9pend de la bande passante requise, de la classe de propret\u00e9 du fluide, de l&rsquo;environnement d&rsquo;exploitation et du budget de maintenance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity is-style-wide\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Diagnostic sur banc et \u00e9talonnage du z\u00e9ro hydraulique<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le diagnostic sur banc pr\u00e9voit un nettoyage pr\u00e9liminaire par ultrasons, un montage en salle blanche, un test avec un g\u00e9n\u00e9rateur de signaux explorant toute la plage de pilotage. TFS mesure la lin\u00e9arit\u00e9 de r\u00e9ponse, l&rsquo;hyst\u00e9r\u00e9sis r\u00e9siduelle, la bande passante et le courant d&rsquo;\u00e9talonnage. Le point z\u00e9ro hydraulique est r\u00e9gl\u00e9 m\u00e9caniquement ou \u00e9lectriquement selon les sp\u00e9cifications du constructeur. Chaque servovalve r\u00e9vis\u00e9e est livr\u00e9e avec un rapport d&rsquo;\u00e9talonnage qui documente les param\u00e8tres de fonctionnement et la conformit\u00e9 aux tol\u00e9rances OEM.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity is-style-wide\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Int\u00e9gration avec l&rsquo;\u00e9lectronique de commande et le d\u00e9veloppement logiciel<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sur les syst\u00e8mes les plus complexes, la vanne ne suffit pas : TFS intervient \u00e9galement sur l&rsquo;\u00e9lectronique de commande, en param\u00e9trant les variateurs Bosch Rexroth SYDFE\/SYHDFE, en configurant les rampes et les PID, et en d\u00e9veloppant des logiques PLC d\u00e9di\u00e9es au contr\u00f4le de la position, de la vitesse et de la pression. Le service de d\u00e9veloppement logiciel accompagne la mise en service de l&rsquo;axe ol\u00e9ohydraulique jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 l&rsquo;obtention des performances requises, y compris sur les sites de production du client.
