TFS g\u00e8re l&rsquo;ensemble des \u00e9quipements p\u00e9riph\u00e9riques qui prot\u00e8gent les composants principaux : filtres en ligne, filtres de retour, filtres de pression, filtres sur r\u00e9servoir, indicateurs de colmatage, capteurs de pression, de niveau et de temp\u00e9rature, accumulateurs \u00e0 vessie, \u00e0 membrane et \u00e0 piston, \u00e9changeurs de chaleur air-huile et eau-huile, syst\u00e8mes de lubrification automatique progressive et monoligne. Les activit\u00e9s typiques comprennent l&rsquo;analyse de la classe de contamination du fluide selon la norme ISO 4406, le remplacement des cartouches filtrantes, la v\u00e9rification et la recharge \u00e9ventuelle des gaz inertes dans les accumulateurs (avec des instruments et une proc\u00e9dure conformes aux normes PED), le diagnostic des \u00e9changeurs de chaleur, l&rsquo;\u00e9talonnage et le remplacement des pressostats et des capteurs. Les programmes d&rsquo;\u00e9chantillonnage p\u00e9riodique de l&rsquo;huile permettent de surveiller la classe de contamination ISO 4406 au fil du temps et d&rsquo;anticiper les pannes dues au vieillissement du fluide. TFS met en place des contrats de filtration pr\u00e9ventive : remplacement des cartouches en fonction des heures de fonctionnement, comptage p\u00e9riodique des particules, analyses spectrom\u00e9triques du fluide. Pour les fluides ignifuges et les huiles sp\u00e9ciales, TFS g\u00e8re la s\u00e9lection du filtre appropri\u00e9 en fonction de la compatibilit\u00e9 chimique.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity is-style-wide\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Accumulateurs hydrauliques : recharge et maintenance<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Les accumulateurs (\u00e0 sac, \u00e0 membrane, \u00e0 piston) sont des composants critiques r\u00e9gis par la directive PED. TFS v\u00e9rifie et recharge la pr\u00e9charge d&rsquo;azote \u00e0 l&rsquo;aide d&rsquo;instruments certifi\u00e9s, remplace les sacs et les membranes us\u00e9s, g\u00e8re les certifications de conformit\u00e9 requises pour les applications navales (RINA) et pour les installations de lutte contre l&rsquo;incendie. L&rsquo;entretien p\u00e9riodique des accumulateurs est souvent n\u00e9glig\u00e9 et devient une cause fr\u00e9quente de dysfonctionnements sur les circuits n\u00e9cessitant une compensation de volume ou un amortissement des pics de pression.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity is-style-wide\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u00c9changeurs, instrumentation et lubrification automatique<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">TFS dimensionne et effectue le diagnostic des \u00e9changeurs de chaleur air-huile et eau-huile Emmegi pour le bilan thermique des installations ol\u00e9ohydrauliques. En ce qui concerne l&rsquo;instrumentation (pressostats, indicateurs de niveau, capteurs de temp\u00e9rature), TFS travaille avec les marques Elettrotec, Hydac et MP Filtri pour les remplacements, les \u00e9talonnages et les mises \u00e0 jour.
