The numerous transformation processes triggered by digital automation have fostered the spread of organisational and operational models in which the information generated is sent, collected, contextualised and shared in real time.<\/p>\n<p>The interconnectivity required by operators across various economic sectors, particularly regarding hydraulic systems, has for at least 10 years highlighted the need to implement solutions capable of combining:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>flexible, tailor-made solutions for the company;<\/li>\n<li>the pursuit of efficiency, without the risk of obsolescence;<\/li>\n<li>a sustainable return on investment, given ever-shorter <em>payback periods<\/em>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Consequently, the decision-making dilemma facing many companies centres on the trade-off between allocating financial resources to purchase new systems, versus the option of <strong>revamping<\/strong> \u2013 that is, <em><strong>upgrading and maintaining existing industrial machinery and systems that still have a sufficient service life to maintain an optimal level of productivity<\/strong><\/em>.[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text css=&#8221;.vc_custom_1620124086073{margin-bottom: 0px !important;}&#8221;]\n<h2><strong>Revamping<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Leaving aside the rationale for investing in innovation projects based on the acquisition of new equipment, <strong>revamping<\/strong> can prove to be an <strong>optimal<\/strong> and recommended <strong>solution<\/strong> when spare parts for installed <strong>PLCs<\/strong> (Programmable Logic Controllers) or <strong>SCADA<\/strong> (Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition) systems have become unavailable or are subject to a premium price due to scarcity.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column width=&#8221;1\/3&#8243;][vc_single_image image=&#8221;5508&#8243; img_size=&#8221;full&#8221;][\/vc_column][vc_column width=&#8221;1\/3&#8243;][vc_single_image image=&#8221;5511&#8243; img_size=&#8221;full&#8221;][\/vc_column][vc_column width=&#8221;1\/3&#8243;][vc_single_image image=&#8221;5512&#8243; img_size=&#8221;full&#8221;][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text css=&#8221;.vc_custom_1620124030759{margin-bottom: 0px !important;}&#8221;]The attached photos show<strong> the revamping work carried out by TFS on a rubber co-moulding press<\/strong>.
