The first will be held on the same days as originally planned for EIMA, i.e. from 11 to 15 November 2020. The absolute novelty, however, lies in the use of a specially created digital platform, the EIMA Digital Preview (EDP). The EDP is intended as a bridging event with the second event, the physical exhibition, which will take place in Bologna from 3 to 7 February 2021.<\/p>\n
EIMA International is one of the most important trade fairs in which operators from 14 product sectors will present products, services and innovative solutions to tackle the various problems of the agricultural and agro-industrial economy.<\/p>\n
EIMA International takes place every two years and its first exhibition dates back to 1969. The event is organised by FederUnacoma (National Federation of Agricultural Machinery Manufacturers) in cooperation with BolognaFiere. This is a synergy that provides the public with a total area of 375,000 square metres (140,000 square metres is the net exhibition area), for about 1950 exhibitors from 50 countries, with more than 50,000 models of vehicles, machinery and equipment on display. At the last edition in 2018, thousands of trade visitors from more than 60 countries attended the event.<\/p>\n

Thanks to the professionalism of its specialised technicians, TFS proposes an intervention protocol comprising the following steps:<\/p>\n
\ttelephone verification with the customer of the possible causes of the problem and recognition of possible solutions;
\n \tintervention at the customer’s premises within 48 hours for an in-depth on-site verification of the problem. At this point, it is possible to be faced with two alternatives:<\/p>\n
\tif the solution in point 1 turns out to be correct, TFS will be able to proceed with the instant repair;
\n \tvice versa, should the solution in point 1 be incomplete or incorrect, the system to be repaired will be transported to the TFS workshops;<\/p>\n
\tin the event of repair at the workshops of TFS, the time required to return the system to the customer is conditioned by the presence of spare parts in the warehouse, and therefore:<\/p>\n
\tmax. 72 hours, in the case of possession of spare parts;
\n \tmax. 10 days, if the necessary spare parts are ordered.<\/p>\n
