Personal data are not publicly disclosed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1.7. Transfers outside the European Economic Area<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Personal data are mainly processed in the European Union or European Economic Area. Some technology providers or third-party services, such as analytics, advertising, cloud or embedded content tools, may involve transfers of personal data to countries outside the European Economic Area.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In such cases, TFS verifies that the transfer is based on an adequacy decision of the European Commission or on appropriate safeguards, including Standard Contractual Clauses where applicable, and supplementary measures where necessary.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1.8. Processing methods and security<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Processing is carried out by electronic, telematic and, where necessary, paper-based means, in accordance with the principles of lawfulness, fairness, transparency, minimisation, accuracy, storage limitation, integrity and confidentiality. TFS adopts appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against loss, unauthorised access, misuse, disclosure or unauthorised alteration.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1.9. Automated decision-making<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">TFS does not make decisions based solely on automated processing, including profiling, which produce legal effects concerning the data subject or similarly significantly affect them. If such processing is activated in the future, TFS will provide a specific notice and adopt the safeguards required by the GDPR.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1.10.
