For axial piston motors, the critical assessment focuses on the swash plate and front seals; for high-torque radial motors, on the main bearings and camshaft; for orbital motors, on the internal gear set. TFS analyzes each unit using a standardized protocol and provides a report indicating whether it is advisable to perform a rebuild, a complete overhaul with OEM kit replacement, or a full replacement with a new original component.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity is-style-wide\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Engine Overhaul Procedure and Test Bench<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Disassembly takes place in a controlled environment: each component is cataloged, cleaned, and measured. The tolerances of cylinder blocks, shoes, shafts, and bearings are compared with the original Bosch Rexroth, Kawasaki, or H\u00e4gglunds manufacturing drawings. Reassembly follows the specified torque values, using OEM gasket kits and manufacturer-cataloged replacement parts.
